Short visa as a Bangladeshi

Hi I'm Ali uzzaman, I'm citizens of Bangladesh and live also in Bangladesh, I need an entry permit of Argentina For meeting with my girlfriend and I come back again in Bangladesh within 2 weeks, may I apply for it in Argentina embassy in China? There is no embassy in Bangladesh Argentina embassy. Please let me know as soon as possible.
