You need the following documents:
1. Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank pages, and a photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate.
2. One completed Application Form with a recently-taken color passport photo (bare-head, full face) against a white background attached.
3. Documents on the commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or trade fair invitation or other invitation letters issued by relevant entity or individual.
4. Reference letter issued by the Turkish entity or company which the applicant belong to.
5. Qualification Certificate of the Turkish entity or company(such as Certificate of Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Certificate of paying taxes).
