About:Chinese Embassy in Sudan

Do you have to travel to the capital for the issuance of the passport?

I am a Sudanese student studying in Hangzhou, China I want to extract the biometric passport. What the required documents and fees and the duration of the extraction passport.

Anas, I checked your embassy website in Beijing. There are no consulates in other cities. So I think you need to go there to extract the biometric passport. However, I think you might try to contact them first for details. The website doesn't have detailed information.
