beijing hotel suggestions

Question

I want to know good condition and safe Hotel. I am solo traveler and I want to reserve a hotel for no more than 130-150 yuan per night.Clean and safe place, good english speaking staff . I don't want luxuries. Just good time pass for about a week.please suggest according to the location that can touch most sight seeing places.

The price is CNY 80 to 100 per night. As I know, Jishutan Metro Station (Subway Line 2) is very close to the hotel. So the surrounding environment is convenient.
