About:China Visa Exemption

I want to visit Haikou/sanya but booking my airline ticket online. Can I still get visa on arrival?

The website says only if I come in as a group with a chinese registered tour agency. Do I still need to apply? If I can get VOA in Haikou, what is the procedures and cost please?
Thank you

Hey TML, you can get the VOA even though you are not attending in a tour group. You just need to fill in an application form, submit your passport and recent photo, then pay for the VOA. I'm not sure about how much it costs.
