Passport validity for entering Hong Kong

Do some countries require the passport to be valid for 6 months after travel date and is it only one month for Hong Kong from date of travel? Alex, I know you answered but am just confirming as my kids passports only have a short period of time before they expire and I don't want to have any problems getting in and out of Hong Kong. Thanks.
