About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

WE ARE TRAVELING TO MANILA ON JUNE 9 BUT WE HAVE A 5 HOURS LAYOVER IN CAPITAL AIRPORT.

WE ARE FKLYING VIA CHINA AIR AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ITS POSSIBLE TO TAKE A TAXI OR ANY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION TO SEE A LITTLE OF BEIJIN WHILE WE WAIT FOR OUR FLIGHT, HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND IF ITS ALLOWED.

Time is somehow tight to travel to downtown as it is generally advised to reach the airport 3 hours ahead of next international departure.
If you really want to go, you can take airport express to Dongzhimen Station directly. It just takes around 20 minutes. After arriving, take a taxi to get to your destination to save time.
