HongKong Airport Express Travel Pass

I am going to visit HK from 20-23 June (4 days) and I intend to buy a travel pass for me, my wife and 6-year-old girl.

I'll visit basically major tourist attractions in HK by using public transport! Can anyone advise whether it's a good option to buy the travel pass?
