About:China Embassy in Thailand

Can I get a China Visa in Bangkok?

I'm currently in Thailand on the entry permit Exception Rule (German citizens – among others – are allowed to stay in Thailand 30 days at a time without an entry permit). Can I apply from the Embassy in Bangkok despite not having legal residency per se in Thailand?

Hi Frank, it doesn't matter. You can apply with your passport, it can be used as the proof of lgal residency.
