About:Chinese Embassy in Egypt

hong kong entry requirements

Iam going to hong kong next month and going to stay there for 40 days with a friend in his apartment and I only have 2000 usd iam saying this because some people say to me that I have to get a confirmed hotel reservation and at least 5000 usd to enter Hong Kong...is that true

Ahmed, if you plan to stay at your friend's apartment, the hotel reservation is not necessary. Besides, I don't think you have to keep 5000 usd when you are entering through the border, but you should take enough money to support your living in Hong Kong.
