Taiwan to Shanghai and return back to Taiwan?

Hey is it possible to get the transit visa doing Taipei - Shanghai - Taipei (or possibly returning back to another Taiwanese city)? I get 90 days visa-exempt stay in Taiwan every time I come here. Thank you.

Mario, you can't fly from Taipei to Shanghai and then back to Taibei, even though you chooe to fly back to another citiy in Taiwan. This route is not a valid transit anyhow.
