About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Is this ok or should I apply in bangkok?

I live most of the year in Thailand as a Canadian citizen with a Canadian passport. I will visit Toronto in July and would like to apply for a 10 year multiple entry tourist visa using a Canadian address.

This is OK! Anyway, Canada is your home country. Whether you apply for the 10-year entry permit from Thailand or Canada, the chance for you to get it is about the same.
