Can i take hong kong airport express then free shuttle bus to Best Western grand?

Yes, you can. Take Airport Express and get off at Kowloon Station. Find free shuttle bus line K4 and get off at the fourth stop - Empire Hotel Kowloon · Tsim Sha Tsui. Upon getting off, you can easily walk to your hotel in 2-3min.
