If we find our return flight with less than 24 hours stop in Beijing do we need visa?

Hello,
We are Lithuanian citizens. We are planing flight from Vilnius - Kiev - Beijing (stop in Beijing for 2 nights - 48 hours), then we flight to Philippines (Manila). Our return flight is from Philippines (Manila) to Beijing (stop for two nights – 50 hours), then flight to Kiev – Stockholm – Vilnius.
(We have separate tickets to Beijing - Manila and Manila - Beijing, Stockholm-Vilnius. And we have connecting flights from Vilnius-Kiev-Beijing and Beijing-Kiev-Stockholm.)
Will we qualify for the 72 Hour Free Transit for two times? Or should we search return flight via Beijing for shortest time example 24 hours?
