Bangladeshi, living in China. Want to apply tourist to attend on Automechanika Dubai from Company

Hi, I am Bangladeshi. I am working in China with XGM Shock Absorber Factory. We export a big amount per year to UAE. Our company decided to send 3 person (2 Chinese and 1 Bangladeshi) of us to send to Dubai to attend on Automechanika Dubai. But i heard that there are some strict regulations to entry Dubai for some nationalities as Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Nepal, Yemen and so on.
Please suggest me the right ways for me to get 7 days tourist visa.
