After that short trip I am going to visit Beijing before I return back to Europe.Where I can apply for a new Chinese L-type in Tokyo? Are there many agencies?Is an express application possible? If the time is not over than 72 hours, you can possibly apply for the 72-hour free transit policy, so that the transit permit is not needed.If you want to stay for a longer time, you should apply for an L type in Tokyo. You have to get it via agencies. The embassy offers express service, which takes two or three working days. However, you can use it only upon the consular officer's approval.
