Well, there is no direct long-distance bus that can take you to Xinyi. Upon landing, you can take subway line 3 to Jiahe Wanggang Station and transfer to line 2 to Railway Station, Exit E. Then walk northwest around 65 yards and arrive at the Provincial Bus Station.

There are several long-distance buses at this station that can take you to Xinyi. The departure times are 07:45, 08:40, 09:20, 10:10, 11:55, 13:25, 15:05, 16:05, 17:01, 17:10, 18:35, 20:40 and 23:00.

a. Yes, there are some stops during the whole way. You can take a rest and buy foods.
b. The ticket fare is CNY 140 per person.
c. The train is more comfortable than the long-distance bus. The schedule is only at 15:13 every day. This route has hard sleeper and hard seat. The ticket fare of hard sleeper is CNY 137.5 and the hard seat is CNY 75.5.
