10 year tourist visa

Question

I am an American citizen and I read that I can now get a tourist entry permit that is good for 10 years. Is the 10 year one available if I get it in Astana and expedited? Thank you!Spencer

Spencer, frankly speaking, it's hard to tell. If you have residence permit in Kazakhstan, the chance is bigger. However, even you can apply from there, I'm afraid the expedited service is not available.
