Tourism Visa for Italian citizens studying in Russia

We are three Italian students enrolled in a Master degree program in Moscow, we have a regular student entry permit, expiring on the 30th of June. We planned to visit Shanghai and Beijing 10 days in May. Can we apply without any particular problem?
