About:Visa Policy of China

Can my cousin apply the visa at the Shenzhen border?

She is a US citizen. I'm thinking of taking her from Hong Kong to Shenzen for shopping and return to Hong Kong on the same day. Thank you.

Sorry, there is no VOA for USA citizens. Your cousin needs to apply one in advance before he goes to Shenzhen.
