About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligable for the 72hr VISA exception?

I want to visit Shanghai, a factory in the area is building a product for me and I would like to conduct one Quality control visit.

If I am only in Shanghai for less then 72 hours would I be eligable?

Chreis, if you have an onward flight ticket to a third country or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan, then you are eligible for the 72 hour transit permit exemption policy.
