Chinese application inquiry

can I come to your office in Toronto to make out my wife & my application form having all our necessary documents with us . We will visit China June 3rd to the 26th & have our invitation letter our passports, our air line tickets , our itinerary while there and our up to date color pictures .
We would like to start the application as soon as possible .
