About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Hong Kong Airport express card for 5 days use?

I will be staying for 5 days in HK and would need to use the AE on Day 1 and Day 5. Can i still buy the 300 HKD ticket and use it for 2 AE trips and add extra money for use on Day 4 and Day 5?

Yes, the ways you mentioned are doable. The ride on AE can be used within the validity of the card, so it is fine to use on the 1st and 5th day. And for the two extra two days, you can of course top up the card for further use and then it would be used as a regular Octopus Card.
