About:Huangshan Mountain

is there anywhere near Huangshan park area that allows safe camping?

Tent camping. With a bathroom

Yes, there are. There is enough open space for camping near the Beihai Hotel, Paiyunlou Park, Baiyun Hotel or Bright Summit for safe camping. You can bring tent on your own, or just rent one on the spot.
