Pakistani Family, SYD-CAN-LHE 11h transit. Is 24h visa-free transit allowed?

Hi everyone, we are a family of Pakistani nationals (2 adults, a 3-year-old, and an infant) holding Australian visas. We are flying from Sydney (SYD) to Lahore (LHE) via Guangzhou (CAN) with China Southern Airlines. Our layover at Guangzhou Airport is 11 hours and 25 minutes.
Since our transit is well under 24 hours, do we all qualify for the 24-Hour Visa-Free Transit (TWOV) upon arrival? Will we face any issues getting a Temporary Entry Permit to step out or get a transit hotel with the kids, or are Pakistani citizens required to get a physical visa beforehand? Thank you!

Yes, you qualify for the 24h TWOV and are highly possible to obtain temporary entry permits at the immigration counter, so you don't need to get a physical visa, just need to fill in the online arrival card on nia.gov.cn in advance before arrival.
