About:Visa Policy of China

Can I get a Chinese travel visa at Istanbul Consulate, in Turkey, without going back to UK?

British Passport holder. I have Turkish residential permit until End of Dec 2015.

Since you have valid resident permit in Turkey, you can apply from Chinese consulate in Istanbul directly. Don't forget to bring original and copy versions of your resident permit when you submit your application.
