About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

my wife just became an American citizen.

she now is applying to get a Chinese visa for the first time. What forms will she need to get the ten year type and is any special for needed to turn in her chinese passport so she can get her application approved. Can i go to the L A consulate to complete this or will i have to mail to San Francisco to complete.

Jason, you wife should submit a completely filled application form with her recent color bare-headed photo stuck on it. Unlike ordinary applicants, she should also submit the original and photocopy of her Chinese passport.

Whether you go to LA or San Francisco Consulate depends on where your wife is living in the US. So may I know which state does she live?
