About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

visiting another country

i want to go to japan for 1 week. i have a chinese resident permit. i am american citizen, my wife is chinese. i was wondering can i visit japan and come back? thanks. i check my passport it just has a chinese permit for 2 years.

Dear, as long as your residence permit is still valid, you can exit and enter with it. So I think you can go to Japan of course.
