As I know, the bus No. 123 and 208 can lead to the park. Maybe you can give me your location so that I can provide more detailed transport info.

Well, there is no direct transportation between these two places. You need to transfer.
Take public bus no. 114 at Fuzuo Road Station, and get off at North Xinzhuang Square Station. Then walk to East Xinzhuang Square Station and take bus no.208 to Huangsushu Station.
After arriving, walk southwest around 720 yards and get to the scenic spot.

Or you can take a taxi from your hotel directly. The cab fare is CNY 75 to 85.
