Is Shenzhen North Station near to Luohu shopping centre?

Im coming to this city from Chaoshan by train. I understand train stops at the North Station.
Im booking into Luohu Centrury Hao Ting Apt at 1315 Blk A , Suibao, Xing Fu Huafu, Boan South Road.
Is this Apartment near to the train station? Is there any shopping area near here. I need to be nearer to this train station as I need to travel from this train station to Guangzhou after a 2 nite stay. Im travelling with my elderly mum on a wheelchair. Looking forward to hear from you. Thank you.
