Hi, I am interested in doing a tour from Shanghai and exit either through tajikistan or kyrgystan within 3 months. Can I get this new one without a departure airfare?Thanks

Daniel, since you have been to China before, do you have some friend in China? If you do, you can ask one of them to write you an invitation letter, so that the round-trip tickets are not required. If you can't provide the invitation letter, the departure ticket is needed for the application.
