Baishuitai and TLG

Hello, me and my fiancee are going to Shangri La this July
1. How many days do we have to stay in Shangri La excluding BaiShuiTai
2. Is it possible to take a bus early in the morning from Shangri La to BaiShuiTai, take a hike in BaiShuiTai then continue our journey to QiaoTou on the same day.
3. Is there a morning bus from QiaoTou to the first bend of YangTze then take an afternoon bus from the first bend to LiJiang.

1. You’d better spare two days for Shangri-la.
2. Yes, it’s possible.
3. The buses from Qiaotou to LJ pass by Shigu Town (First Bend). You can take it to Shigu Town, get off and visit the First Bend of Yangtze River. After, hop on another passing by bus to get to LJ(Do not stay there too late. There are fewer buses after 16:00).
