How to get to Baishuitai from Walnut Garden?

You can take a direct bus to Baishuitai from Walnut Garden. I remember that the bus departs from Hutiaoxia Town at 14:00, and it passes by Walnut Garden at around 14:45. ;)

From BaiShuiTai, is it possible to catch a bus to Shangrila thereafter?

Yes, you can take a direct bus to Shangri-la. It takes 2.5 or 3 hours. I have no idea of the bus schedule. Or, you can charter a car for CNY 350-450. Good luck! :)
