Citizen Registration

Im a malaysian malay married to a local chinese and just have a baby. I want to register my baby but they said i need a malaysian married certificate to complete the registration. I have a chinese married certificate and a certificate issue by the local mosque here. If I use this 2 documents instead of the malaysia married certificate is it possible to complete the registration. (PS: why is no one answering the phone in Beijing; call so many time but just voice recording replying back)

So you are registering Malaysian citizenship for your baby? I think if you want to use the Chinese marriage certificate, you should have it notarized before taking it to the embassy, otherwise, the embassy may not recognize the certificate.
