i would like to take rail tickets for 2 persons for september for multiple destination

I would like to take rail tickets for 2 persons for september for multiple destination (beijing to Xian then xian to shanghai etc... All of them separated for few days) is it possible to take for 2 persons on this website? When should i buy these ? Thank you for the answer
