air quality in hk.

Question

Hi! My family and I are planning to visit Hong Kong from 20 Feb - 8th march. We have a one year old baby who is very sensitive to dust and has allergies. How is the air quality during that time period? Am concerned about smog. What is the cleanest area to stay? Many thanks !

Well, the air quality in HK is fine, and it is much better than the mainland China. For a cleaner area, I would recommend the Island district to you. The air there is much cleaner than the downtown area, such as Central or Tsim Sha Tsui.
