i wonder is the voa operation hours will change and windows of the world and dongmen street will open while that it the 3rd of chinese new year? Thank youBtw,i will cross to SZ city from hongkong trought lowu.

As I know, the WOW and Dongmen Street are both open as usual on that day. The only difference from ordinary time is that a small part of stores on the street may be closed.
