About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

can my child with a Chinese national father go to China?

I'm rhai and I want to ask if me and my child could go to PRC with my child's father is an Chinese? I want to know please. Can you give me some tips to do?

Rhai, I guess that both you and your child hold Filipino passports, right? Do you get married wth your kid's father? If so, you can apply for a Q type for you and your kid. It requires your kid's birth certificate, your marriage certificate, an invitation letter from the father and a copy of his Chinese ID card.
