does China eastern airlines povide luggage storage services to its transfer passengers at Pudong?

am flying to Kathmandu from San Francisco via Shanghai Pudong, by china eastern. the flight from SFO arives some 14 hrs early and thus we have a lay over of abt 14 hrs. If luggage is accepted for early check-in or storage facility is available, I would have my chance to visit the city and utilize the time.
