About:China Visa Exemption

Entering Shenzhen, then Hong Kong, then Shenzhen again

I am a Singaporean. For entry into Mainland PRC, there is a visa exemption of 15 days, and 90 days for entry to Hong Kong. Does the 15-day Visa exemption for Mainland PRC reset when I visit Hong Kong and return to Mainland PRC again?
