About:China Transit Visa

24-hour free transit policy from PEK to Beijing Railways

Please confirm if 24-hour Transit Without Visa is valid in the following itinerary;
A) 16-Feb 0010H ETA Beijing Airport T2
16-Feb 1725H ETD Beijing Railway bound to Dandong (0900H+1) to Pyongyang (1730H+1)
B) 19-Feb 1630H ETA Dandong to Beijing Railway (0830H+1)
20-Feb 1155H ETD Beijing Airport T2

I heard some say that the 24 hour period is calculated from the following midnight after your arrival. If it's ture, route A is eligible for the free transit policy. As for route B, what's your place of departure and what's the time? I don't know the exact information so I can't tell.
