Leslie, your situation is a little bit serious. First, you should go to the Filipine embassy in China and explain your situation to the officers there to ask for the issuance of a new passport. You can even ask for the help from them. Then go to the local police station to report yourself and pay for the penalty. If you don't have enough money, you may be detained for several days. However, the detention ceter is different from jails. After you are released, perhaps the policemen will sent you back to your country.
