I just have new passport and i never go to china so how can i get visa from cambodia to china that i am 25 years old?

Sothearort, you need go to submit your application to Chinese embassy in Cambodia. I think you first may call the consular office at 23-217086、12-901937 (8:30-11:30, 14:30-17:00). The officer can tell you which type you should apply and what documents are required.
