Can fare from Wangjing station to airport Terminal 3, PEK

Hello,
I am wondering how much a cab would cost from Wangjing station to the airport terminal 3. Do cabs frequent this area or should I make a reservation? How long would this trip take if I were to leave around 3pm week day?
