Can Indian Passport holder get a 3-4 days Tourist Visa for Shenzen at Road / Train entry point of HK

Suresh, Indians can apply for five day special VOA for Shenzhen from the borders of Luohu, Shekou, Futian and Huanggang. It doesn't matter how you reach the border from HK. If you take train (I think it should be MTR in HK), it usually stops at Lo Wu in HK. Then you need to cross Luohu Border to reach Shenzhen.
