Transiting thru china to the US

I am an Afghan citizen and have a U.S. visit/Fiance visa to go to the US. I booked a flight and it has 2 stops in china. One stop is for 1 hour and 5 minutes and the second stop is for 2 hours and 5 minutes. Do I need a transit visa?

Considering the time, your total transfering time in China is no more than 24 hours, right? If so, no Transit G type is required. You are able to enjoy the 24-hour free transit policy.
