Question about Chinese citizen living in USA

Hello
My wife lives here but needs to prove she is living each year. How can we do this without visiting the consulate. Is it possible to complete a form and have it notarized here and then mailed to you.

I am not sure whether it is possible. Perhaps you can consult the consulate for the relevant affairs.
