FYI, he has to fill the 2013 Application Form of PRC which you can find on this website and submit relevant materials required by the embassy in Sri Lanka, such as his passport, recent photos, and invitation letter from you, photocopy of your passport and residence permit, and original and photocopy of your mariage certificate. Notice that the form must be completed and printed, hand-written and incomplete forms are not accepted.
