What is the Requirment to get Hongkong Visa From Bangladesh ?

I m Living in Bangladesh, I need to Go to Hongkong For official Purpose. So How Can i Get the Hongkong entry permit From bangladesh. What is the Requirment to get it From Bangladesh.

Official Purpose Means, We hv a meeting About Garment Order. So for the order Negotiation Purpose i need to go There.
