About:China Visa Fees

Overstay 1 day for staying in China

I am planing my way back home. I have to leave the 27th of december but on the 28th the tickets are 500 EUR cheaper. What kind of trouble will I have if I overstay my visa just 1 day?

In my opinion, at most, you need to pay the fine. The fine is 500RMB per day for overstaying. If time is enough, you are suggested to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau to extend your trip. The extension fee is 168RMB per time. After get the extension, you do not need to pay any fine.
